What is a BCBA?
A qualified and trained behavior analyst (bcba) designs and directly oversees the program. They customize the ABA program to each learners needs, skills, interest, preferences and families situations.

How behavior works to real situations. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or effect learning skills.
What is a RBT?
Registered behavior technicians (RBT) are therapist that are trained and supervised by a BCBA. They work directly with children with autism to practice skills and work towards the individual goals written by the BCBA.
